1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at joker88 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A valid and accessible email address
• A strong, unique password for your Joker88 account

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. Joker88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have shared your login credentials with another party.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Joker88 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Joker88 does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own separate charges.
• Failed deposits resulting from incorrect information provided by the player are entirely the player's responsibility.
• Daily and monthly deposit limits may apply depending on your account level and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance status.

5 Withdrawals

Joker88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Here are the withdrawal terms and procedures you need to know:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, or be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Joker88 – whether on Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, live casino, slots, jackpots, or virtual sports – are subject to the following general rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless a technical error on joker88's part is demonstrated.
• Joker88 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, inaccurate information provided by the player, or a clear manifest error in the odds.
• Should a match be postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.
• Online bets are only accepted before the designated cut-off time for each match or event.
• Joker88 reserves the right to set maximum and minimum bet limits at our discretion for any market or event.
• The outcome of all casino games, slots, and jackpots is final, determined by certified RNG system output and is not subject to dispute.

8 Prohibited Player Conduct

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Use of automated software (bots): Using any software, scripts, or automated methods to play or place bets.
• Odds arbitrage: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms or markets to obtain risk-free profits.
• Duplicate account freezing: Opening more than one account for the purpose of repeatedly claiming new bonuses.
• Payment fraud: Using another person's credit card, e-wallet, or bank account without authorisation, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack Joker88's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Liability Limits
